We are looking for a kind, patient, creative and reliable support worker with experience supporting autistic young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, emotional dysregulation and resistance to adult supervision. The client would benefit from a calm, consistent and experience PA who uses a relationship-based approach. The client has strong interests in dinosaurs, animals, creative writing, drawing, Lego, woodland activities and practical tasks and would benefit from a PA who could share similar interests.
