Job summary

LILS/SD/CJC - Male Personal Assistant required - Heysham area

We are seeking an active, friendly, kind, honest, and reliable support worker to assist a 16-year-old teenager boy with autism, ADHD, and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD). The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications working with children with autism and a good understanding of neuro-diverse needs.

Duties will include helping him develop life skills, promote independence, and keep him safe both at home and in the community. Responsibilities include:
