Bluebird Care Lancaster & South Lakeland is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across the Lancaster & South Lakeland areas. You will work independently or with a supportive team to deliver person-centred care and promote independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, medication support, light housekeeping and building trust with clients.

• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
