As our Regional Service Administrator, you’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.
In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from providing admin support for member and officer enquiries and casework, including diary management, to supporting planning and delivery of regional events, branch meetings, conferences and campaigns. We’ll look to you to complete a variety of tasks on a day-to-day basis, involving both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be a key member of the team and the first point of contact to help support our members.
