Job summary

TUI Group in the UK is hiring a Travel Advisor for our Bury store. You’ll help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and other products, putting customers at the heart of the business.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, and receive training on our systems to turn dream holidays into unforgettable experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sell and up-sell travel products.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues whilst having fun in store.
• Exceed sales objectives; retail targets are part of the role.
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually, adapting to changes.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints promptly.
