Job summary

TUI Group is hiring a Travel Advisor in our East Dereham store. You’ll help customers choose holidays, cruises and UK breaks, selling a range of travel products with a friendly, customer-focused approach. The role involves varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings in a busy store environment.

You’ll be supported to become a destination expert, enjoy a competitive hourly rate, and benefit from commission and holiday-related perks as part of our team culture at TUI Group.

• Inspire customers and colleagues with passion for holidays.
• Aim to exceed sales targets; in Retail we call it smashing your targets.
• Engage with customers face to face and virtually, adapting to change.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints when needed.
• Receive training on systems to help bring memorable holidays to life.
