Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join our growing manufacturing operations in Buckinghamshire. You will support day-to-day quality activities, ensuring products and processes meet stringent quality and compliance requirements.

You will gain hands-on experience across inspections, testing, investigations, and continuous improvement while collaborating with experienced leaders in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering or testing environments.
• Understanding of inspections, testing or quality processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• ISO 13485 exposure beneficial; ISO 9001 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out inspections and quality checks on manufactured products (ensuring compliance).
• Measuring tolerances and reviewing manufacturing quality.
• Supporting product and testing activities.
• Maintaining quality records and test documentation.
• Assisting with non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Supporting incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.

We're looking for a Quality Engineer who is eager to develop their skills across quality systems, product testing, compliance, investigations, audits and continuous improvement. The Role

What We're Looking For:

• Experience within a Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering or Testing environment
• Understanding of inspections, testing or quality processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Exposure to ISO 13485 would be beneficial but ISO 9001 would be the minimum
