Job summary

Russell Taylor Group Ltd is recruiting a Quality Engineer for its Kendal team. You will maintain the Business Management System under ISO 9001, lead audits, and drive improvements to products and processes.

The role suits a positive, reliable team player with manufacturing quality experience and an engineering background. HNC in Engineering and ISO 9001 auditor experience are preferred.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Engineer to join our Kendal team and play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our quality culture.

What you'll do

• Maintain and develop our Business Management System in line with ISO 9001
• Lead and support product, process and supplier audits
• Drive product and process improvement
• Manage Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Conduct MSA and process capability studies
• Analyse data to improve quality and performance
• Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions

What we're looking for

• We're looking for a positive, reliable team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to quality. Ideally, you'll have experience in a quality role within manufacturing,
• Not essential- HNC in Engineering (or equivalent experience) and ISO 9001 internal auditor experience.
