Job summary

Welton Primary School is seeking a Cleaner to join the premises school team and help keep the school site clean and safe for learning and work.

The role is part-time, 7.5 hours per week, from 4pm to 5.30pm, with five training days across the academic year. Additionally, 40 hours will be worked over two weeks during the Summer holidays for deep cleaning. DBS clearance is required.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Welton Primary School is looking to appoint a Cleaner to join the premises school team as soon as possible. The post holder will work as part of the site management team to maintain the cleanliness of the school site to ensure it is a safe and clean place to learn and work.

The vacancy is part-time, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per week). You will be required to work from 4pm to 5.30pm.

You will be required to work on the 5 training days over the academic year to ensure the cleanliness of the school is sustained throughout the year (it will be possible to complete these hours in the morning if preferred). You will also be required to work 40 hours (over two weeks) during the Summer holidays when you will be required to work with the premises team to deep clean the school.
