Job summary

Welton Primary School is seeking a Cleaner to join the premises team as soon as possible. The post holder will work as part of the site management team to maintain the cleanliness of the school site, ensuring a safe and clean place to learn and work.

The vacancy is part-time, Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 17:30, with 5 training days over the academic year and 40 hours to be completed during the Summer holidays for deep cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the school site to ensure a safe and clean place to learn and work.
• Work as part of the site management team to support premises operations.
• Complete 5 training days over the academic year; hours may be taken in the morning if preferred.
• Work 40 hours during the Summer holidays for deep cleaning with the premises team.

Job description

WeltonPrimary School is looking to appoint a Cleaner to join the premises school teamas soon as possible. The post holder will work as part of the site managementteam to maintain the cleanliness of the school site to ensure it is a safe andclean place to learn and work.

The vacancyis part-time, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per week). You will be required towork from 4pm to 5.30pm.

You will berequired to work on the 5 training days over the academic year to ensure thecleanliness of the school is sustained throughout the year (it will be possibleto complete these hours in the morning if preferred). You will also be required to work 40 hours (overtwo weeks) during the Summer holidays when you will be required to work withthe premises team to deep clean the school.
