Archbishop McGrath Catholic High School in Bridgend seeks a Senior Premises Officer to join our support staff and maintain the school’s three-floor, 14-year-old building and facilities. The role follows the pattern: Monday to Thursday 10.30am–6.30pm, Friday 11.00am–6.30pm, with duties across all premises-related work.

Applicants must support the school's Christian ethos, be willing to undergo safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS, and provide references prior to commencement.

Job description

The Governors of this popular, over-subscribed and forward-looking school are seeking to appoint a Senior Premises Officer. The successful applicant will join our support staff team and will work alongside the existing Senior Premises Officer. The role is based on the following working pattern:

• Monday to Thursday – 10.30a.m. to 6.30p.m.
• Friday 11.00a.m. to 6.30p.m.

Our award-winning, state of the art school building is approximately 14 years old and extends over three floors. The school site includes extensive sporting facilities some of which are used by the community in partnership with the local authority. The successful applicant will be expected to play a full part as a member of the support staff team and will be expected to support all aspects of premises related work as per the job description.
