Job summary

Crazy 4 Kids LTD seeks an Early Years Level 3 qualified Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality care and EYFS education. You will co-lead a dedicated team and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will deputise for the Nursery Manager, plan engaging play-based learning, uphold safeguarding and Ofsted standards, and foster strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in EYFS delivery and safeguarding is desirable.
