Job summary

IPS Group Limited in Bedford is seeking an Outbound Sales Executive who genuinely enjoys winning new business. You will spend your time speaking to business owners, generating opportunities, building your own pipeline and closing deals, with full training provided.

This role offers a £30,000–£45,000 base salary, 8% commission on new business and renewals, and realistic earnings well into six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• You've worked in telesales, business development, recruitment, financial services, car sales or another target-driven sales role.
• You enjoy outbound calling and are motivated by targets and commissions.
• You can demonstrate achievement against sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Speak to business owners, generate opportunities and build your own pipeline.
• Close deals and contribute to new business revenue.
• Work with no reliance on others to generate opportunities.
