Job summary

Cera Care Ltd in the UK is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage delivery of high quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on care needs and, where possible, proximity.

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours a week) covering Thursday to Monday 9-5 with one weekend off every eight weeks. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure compliance with CQC/CIW, and support staff development.

Qualifications

• Ideally two years experience as a senior in a domiciliary care agency.
• Knowledge of scheduling and rota systems.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW compliance is essential.
• Experience in care assessments and staff motivation is preferred.
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.

Role:

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.

Requirements:

• Ideally twoyears experience working as a seniorfor a Domiciliary Care Agency


• Motivated to deliver first class care


• Knowledge of scheduling and a rota system


• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.


• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff.


• Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.


• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)


• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
