Job summary

Agincare's Chestnuts care home in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated care worker to keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming, and to support residents with daily living.

You will work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with shifts discussed at interview. Agincare offers £12.87/h, a pension, Blue Light Card discounts, refer a friend scheme, and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5.

Qualifications

• UK right to work for at least 12 months.
• Positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Available to work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Shift patterns to be discussed at interview.

• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ rooms to a high standard.
