Job summary

Greggs PLC seeks a Shop Manager in the United Kingdom to lead and motivate the team, delivering fast and friendly service to customers across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will recruit, train and develop colleagues, manage wage and waste controls, and stay focused on customer service standards while involved in food preparation and serving.

You’ll ensure a clean, well-stocked, welcoming shop and uphold Greggs values, building an inclusive culture and delivering

Qualifications

• Supervisor or Line Manager experience required.
• Experience in a food-on-the-go environment or retail preferred.

About the role

Join us as a Shop Manager andyou’lllead andmotivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You'll be responsible formaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:

• Keepa close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards
