Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will join a management team and look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, guiding staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure the shop runs smoothly—preparing products, managing ovens, stocking displays and keeping the shop clean and welcoming.

• Experience in supervisory role in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

About the role
