Job summary

Greggs PLC in Doncaster is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the manager's absence, motivating the team to deliver outstanding service and keep operations running smoothly across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will oversee shift execution, prepare products, manage ovens, maintain displays, and ensure a clean, welcoming shop environment while prioritising exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.

Salary: £14.20 per hour which includes a 40p per hour band increment.
