The National Autistic Society is seeking a caring Support Worker to assist autistic adults at Clayton Brook House in Accrington. You will follow individual support plans, help with daily routines and promote independence in a residential setting.
Part-time (30 hours per week) with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. A driving licence is preferred; safeguarding checks (DBS) are required. Training is provided, and inclusive, equal-opportunity employment is promoted.

Clayton Brook House in Accrington, Lancashire, is a specialist residential service for autistic adults who have additional learning disabilities or other complex needs. We offer high-quality packages of care and support which enable people to develop their independence and make the most of the many opportunities available to them.
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
This advert is for a part-time position at 30 Hours per week.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
