RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Property Services Officer (Reactive & Voids) for a 6-month contract. Based in Alloa, the role focuses on delivering high-quality reactive repairs and void maintenance to residents within a busy Property Services team.

You will coordinate repairs, work with contractors and tenants, and monitor performance against targets while developing policies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in reactive repairs and void maintenance in social housing.
• Strong understanding of repairs processes and contractor management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee reactive repairs and void property maintenance.
• Ensure repairs are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work with contractors, tenants and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor repairs and void performance against targets.
