• Deliver an effective reactive and void maintenance service to tenants, sharing owners and owners of factored property within a defined area of operation.
• Contribute to establishing, operating and reviewing policies and procedures related to Property Services, especially customer services, repairs and void management.
• Contribute to achieving targets and performance measures set for the Property Services department and the post.
