Job summary

Construction Resources Limited, a property services contractor, seeks an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join the Excellence Support Team in London (Newham). The role focuses on on-site supervision, quality checks and governance across reactive maintenance contracts, ensuring works meet safety, quality and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social housing repairs and property maintenance.
• Experience with NHF SOR codes and pricing models.
• Knowledge of asbestos, Health & Safety and subcontractor governance.
• SSSTS and/or IOSH qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and operational support across reactive repairs contracts.
• Ensure works delivered safely, efficiently and per contract requirements.
• Monitor performance against contractual KPIs and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, operatives, subcontractors and planners to coordinate delivery.
