Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a Supervisor for the Excellence Support Team to oversee reactive maintenance contracts in London and the South East. You will supervise on-site works, ensure health and safety compliance, manage diary productivity, and oversee subcontractor governance while driving improvements in performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property repairs and maintenance quality assurance.
• Knowledge of SOR codes and pricing models.
• Understanding of compliance including asbestos, H&S and subcontractor governance.
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks and audit standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of contract performance and liaising with stakeholders.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure works meet timelines, quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support to planners, supervisors and operatives.
• Attend pre-inspections and submit required documentation.
• Support Out Of Hours service as part of escalation processes.
• Review SOR coding and validate contractor claims.
