Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to join the reactive repairs team, covering the Bradford and Leeds areas. The role offers a 39-hour week with a basic salary of £35,530 and potential earnings up to £39,586 with bonuses, overtime and call-outs.

You will be expected to perform a range of trades within occupied properties, hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), and possess a full UK driving licence. A strong focus on customer service and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Complete works within occupied properties, including joinery, plumbing, tiling and more.
• Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues.
• Health & Safety is central to daily tasks and procedures.
