Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to cover the Bradford and Leeds areas. This 39-hour week role offers a competitive basic salary and the chance to earn on target with overtime and call out.

You will perform joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades in occupied properties, uphold health and safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service while driving your own development within a supportive trades team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade is required or desirable.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades in occupied properties.
• Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.
• Maintain health and safety standards and provide great customer service.
