Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. invites applications for a Multi Trade Operative covering Coventry and surrounding areas. You will undertake joinery, plumbing, tiling and other tasks within occupied properties, delivering high-quality repairs while prioritising safety and customer service.

A full UK driving licence is required, and NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade is preferred. Competitive base salary with OTE potential and company van are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade works within occupied properties (joinery, plumbing, tiling and more).
• Apply fault-finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.
• Practice Health & Safety at all times and support customers.
