Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative to join a reactive repair team in the Bristol area. You will perform a variety of trades in occupied properties, delivering reliable solutions and strong customer service.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade, and a full UK driving licence. The role emphasises safety, versatility, and long-term career development within a trusted regional contractor.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade is preferred.
• Domestic or social housing experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety first: safety is central to the role and to our customers.
• Carry out multi-trade work including joinery, plumbing, tiling and related tasks in occupied properties.
• Apply fault finding skills to resolve issues in domestic settings.

The Multi Trade Operative role:

What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.

With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
