Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Plasterer for reactive maintenance across Cannock and surrounding areas. The role involves plastering repairs, patching, skimming, and making good within occupied properties and social housing contracts.

You will perform reactive repairs, carry out minor multi-trade tasks where needed, and maintain high workmanship standards while working in customers' homes. NVQ in Plastering is desirable; own van is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastering repairs and general maintenance within social housing or occupied properties.
• Strong plastering and making-good skills.
• Basic multi-trade experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering repairs and general maintenance works.
• Completing patch plastering, skimming and making good.
• Repairing damaged walls and ceilings.
• Making good following plumbing, electrical and other maintenance works.
• Completing reactive repairs within occupied and tenanted properties.
• Carrying out minor multi-trade tasks where required.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship across social housing properties.
• Working professionally within customers' homes.
