Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced plasterer to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team covering Brixton, Lambeth, and South Norwood within occupied social housing properties.

You will perform reactive plastering repairs, patching, bonding, skimming, and repairs to walls and ceilings, with occasional multi-trade responsibilities, while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in plastering or equivalent.
• Blue CSCS Card in Plastering or similar trade is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plastering repairs within occupied properties.
• Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good.
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings.
• Complete minor multi-trade works where required.
• Deliver a high standard of work and customer service.

Skills

Gained on-site plastering experience

Full UK Driving Licence

Education

NVQ Level 2 in Plastering

City & Guilds Level 2 in Plastering
