Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our reactive maintenance team in NE London. The role offers 42.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, with a pay rate of £22 per hour CIS and a van with fuel card provided.

Key responsibilities include plastering repairs, surface preparation, and completing tasks within set timeframes while maintaining high-quality finishes. Domestic housing experience preferred and a full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering preferred.
• Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance including patch plastering, skimming, rendering repairs, and making good works.
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring a high-quality finish on all plastering works.
• Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes.
• Carrying out secondary trades when required.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
