Job summary

WPS is recruiting a skilled Plasterer to join our Responsive Maintenance team based in Walton-on-Thames, covering KT and TW postcodes. You will deliver high-quality plastering repairs and maintenance for social housing residents, working independently or as part of a team, with DBS checks at offer stage.

Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plastering, possess a full UK driving licence, and have proven domestic plastering experience in maintenance environments.

Qualifications

• Proven domestic plastering experience in maintenance/repair settings.
• Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs, skimming, patching, rendering and renewal works across properties.
• Ensure high finish and durability of plastering work.
• Advise supervisor when additional specialist trades are required.
• Work independently or with other operatives as part of a team.
• Complete daily worksheets detailing tasks, time and materials used.
• Maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.
