You will manage priorities, locations, and timing, while staying compliant and documenting actions in the system.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules using the dynamic scheduling system.
• Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time.
• Act as first point of contact for customers and operatives via phone and email.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes for each task in the system.
• Produce daily KPI reports reflecting service delivery.
