Job summary

Aston, Birmingham-based Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate daily work for residents, using our dynamic scheduling system and ensuring first-time fixes where possible. You will manage priorities, locations, and timing, while staying compliant and documenting actions in the system.

The role emphasizes strong IT and analytical abilities, plus excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules using the dynamic scheduling system.

• Act as first point of contact for customers and operatives via phone and email.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes for each task in the system.
• Produce daily KPI reports reflecting service delivery.

• Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination.
• Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system.
• Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery.
