Ian Williams Ltd in Aston, Birmingham is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team. You will plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring timely coordination to deliver a first class experience for residents and operatives.

You will own the scheduling process from start to finish, balancing priority, location and time while tracking risks that could affect KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and scheduling or strong customer service background.
• Able to work in a fast-paced reactive environment.
• Good IT and analytical skills; follow processes and adapt to new systems.
• Clear communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system.
• Own the scheduling process from start to finish, balancing priority, location and time and managing risks to KPIs.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and operatives via phone and email.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes for each task in the system for accuracy and compliance.
• Produce daily KPI reports reflecting service delivery performance.
