Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operatives for reactive maintenance across East and West Sussex. Ideal candidates will have a trade background in Carpentry or Plumbing and can perform plastering, minor carpentry/plumbing, painting, window repairs and door hardware tasks. A fully stocked van with a fuel card is provided from day one.

DBS basic required, start ASAP. Pay is £19.30 per hour PAYE or £24.50 with umbrella, with continuous field work across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience as Multi Skilled Operative in property maintenance.
• Trade background in Carpentry or Plumbing.
• Ability to perform a range of reactive maintenance tasks as listed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance across East and West Sussex properties.
• Utilise skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, window repairs and door hardware as required.
