Russell Taylor group are currently seeking a Reactive Lead Technician for work in the Lancashire area, on behalf of a leading facilities management contractor. If you're hands-on, reliable, and confident leading teams in fast-paced environments, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership on-site and make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Rapid response to reactive and emergency jobs, including evenings and weekends
  • Lead and support technicians and agency staff on-site
  • Deliver cleaning, waste, and site services in line with safety and quality standards
  • Log all job details and updates accurately using company tablets
  • Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure vans are clean and stocked
  • Assist with training, operational support, and service improvements
  • Uphold Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
