Job summary

Metro Rod Bedford, Luton & Watford is seeking a Reactive Drainage Engineer to join our on-site team. You will perform emergency drainage services, including cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance for a range of customer assets across our local postcodes, while delivering top-notch customer service.

We’re looking for applicants with essential drainage experience, CCTV survey familiarity, and tickets like HPWJ/CSCS.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial & domestic Drainage is essential.
Experience in drain cleaning, drain repairs, patch lining.
Drainage tickets including HPWJ, Confined spaces and CSCS.
CCTV Surveys and Lining experience is an advantage.
Must have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
Hold a full UK driving licence and be over 21 for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

Carry out emergency drainage services, cleaning, clearance, repair, installation and maintenance for customer assets.
Deliver high standards of customer service and technical expertise.
Operate in accordance with H&S and Quality procedures.
Maintain vehicles and equipment to a high standard.
Accurately record completed work details via internal and client systems.
Communicate effectively to ensure excellent service at all times.
Cover normal hours and on-call out-of-hours on a rota basis.
