Job summary

Boughey Logistics at Wardle, Nantwich is hiring a Reach Driver for nights, Sunday to Thursday, 6pm to 2am. This full-time, permanent role involves operating Reach trucks, picking, packing and dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate stock records.

We offer weekly pay (£15.33–£15.76 with license), enhanced overtime, generous holiday entitlement, and progression opportunities within the group, plus funded training and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck is preferred; refresher courses can be provided.
• Comfortable on your feet – hands-on role involving lifting and carrying.
• A team player with a positive attitude towards work.
• Understanding and appreciation for safe manual handling practices and health & safety awareness.

Reach Driver - Nights Sunday to Thursday

Due to continued growth, we are growing our teams across our Wardle, Nantwich site working fixed shifts of Sunday to Thursday 6pm to 2am.

Our Warehouse Operatives work across a range of duties including but not limited to checking stock, goods and location controlling, picking and handballing. As well as operating MHE including Reach Trucks.

Day to Day

• Picking orders from pick lists and locate stock as and when required.
• Packing orders ready for dispatch.
• Dispatching goods to our customers.
• Completing all paperwork and documents asrequired.
• Receiving, checking and storing products from suppliers in a safe and secure manner.
• Report all shortages and damages found to the Team Leader immediately.
• Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others.
• Operate Reach truck and other mobile plant when required.
