Job summary

Altogether Care Llp in North Devon is hiring Reablement Workers to help clients regain independence in their own homes. You’ll support daily living, set goals with clients, and work with families and professionals to provide person-centered care.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30), a permanent contract, full induction and training, mileage allowance, wellbeing support, and pension; weekend shifts available and training provided for all levels of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Empathetic and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work in clients' homes to enable independence.
• Set meaningful goals with clients and steps to achieve them.
• Provide physical and emotional support with dignity and respect.
• Maintain accurate records using the mobile care app.
• Report progress and safeguarding concerns per policy.
