Reablement Support Workers (Days) - 2 posts 9555 | Permanent contract | £26,403 to £28,142 per annum pro rata (Scale E) | 21 or 22 hours per week | Great Yarmouth

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays.

Shift Patterns:

Post A – 22 hours per week

Week 1 – Thursday, Friday 7am to 2:30pm

Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 2:30pm to 9pm

Post B – 21 hours per week

Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:30pm to 9pm

Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 2:30pm to 9pm

Working with Swift Response, you’ll be on the frontline of Social care, responding swiftly to calls for support.
