Job summary

The City of Edinburgh Council is looking for a Reablement Organiser to oversee the daily schedule for frontline care teams in the North West Locality Office. The role includes coordinating new referrals and discharges, and ensuring care delivery meets regulatory standards.

You will work with service users, families, hospitals and therapists to promote independence, with PVG checks required and a commitment to inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Organise and manage the daily schedule of activities for frontline care delivery colleagues.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory frameworks and Council policies.
• Coordinate intake of referrals and discharges with the reablement coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the intake of new referrals to the service and manage discharges in collaboration with the reablement coordinator.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery in line with regulatory frameworks and policies.
• Provide safe, effective care with individuals, carers/families, hospitals, therapists and community supports.
