Job summary

The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Reablement Organiser for the South West Locality Office. The role is to organise and manage the daily schedule for front-line care delivery colleagues, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth intake of referrals and discharges.

The post holder will ensure high-standard service delivery within regulatory frameworks, supporting individuals, carers and partners to achieve maximum independence.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage the daily schedule of activities for front-line care delivery colleagues.
• Facilitate intake of new referrals and discharges in collaboration with the reablement coordinator.
• Ensure all service delivery is in line with regulatory frameworks and Council policies.
• Provide safe and effective care, working with individuals, carers/families, hospitals and therapists.
