The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Reablement Organiser to oversee the daily scheduling for front-line care delivery colleagues and to coordinate referrals and discharges in collaboration with the reablement team. The role emphasises high standards of service in line with council policies and safeguarding requirements.

You will work with individuals, their carers, hospitals, therapists and community supports to help people achieve their optimal level of independence, in a role regulated

Formación

• Experience coordinating front-line care delivery.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and council policies.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and manage daily schedule of activities for front-line care delivery colleagues.
• Facilitate intake of new referrals to service and discharges at end of service delivery in collaboration with the reablement coordinator.
• Ensure all service delivery is of a high standard in line with regulatory frameworks and Council policies.
• Work with individuals, carers/families, hospitals, therapists and community supports to enable independence.
• Assist with PVG Scheme checks and pre-employment safeguarding requirements.
