The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Reablement Organiser in Edinburgh. The role involves organising daily schedules for front-line care delivery teams, coordinating referrals and discharges, and ensuring high-quality service in line with regulatory frameworks and council policies.

You will support individuals and their carers to achieve maximum independence, working with hospitals, therapists and community supports. PVG scheme checks are required and flexible working is available.

• Organise and manage daily schedule of front-line care delivery colleagues.
• Facilitate intake of new referrals and discharges with the reablement coordinator.

• Provide safe, effective care supporting individuals, families, hospitals and community supports.
