City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Reablement Organiser for the South West Locality Office. The role involves organising daily activity schedules for front-line care teams, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth intake of new referrals and discharges.

You will work with the reablement coordinator, carers, hospitals and therapists to support individuals to achieve their independence, and you will adhere to regulatory frameworks and council policies. PVG scheme checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience organising daily activity schedules for front-line care staff.
• Ability to coordinate with care teams, hospitals, therapists and carers.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and council policies.
