Job summary

Dale Care Ltd in County Durham is seeking a Reablement Care Worker to help service users regain independence after illness or hospital discharge. You will respond quickly with compassion, support daily living activities, and promote dignity within the community.

This role is based in Stanley and surrounding areas, requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and offers guaranteed hours, with morning and evening shifts and weekend rotas.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

• Support individuals across County Durham to regain independence.
• Help with daily living activities and provide compassionate care during short‑term, goal‑oriented visits.
