Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers to support clients in their own homes across North Devon. The role focuses on helping people regain independence, with emphasis on empowering choices and achieving personal goals.

Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a requirement to be available every other weekend for most weekday positions. The package includes competitive hourly pay, a permanent contract, induction and ongoing training, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• A caring, proactive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm.
• Ability to drive and work flexibly across the community in people's own homes.
• A genuine passion for empowering others.
• Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential – full training provided.
