Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking staff to support patients with personal, physical and emotional needs, delivering high quality care in home and clinic settings. Training will cover nursing, therapy and social support tasks delegated by profes-sions, with consent, privacy and dignity emphasized throughout the role.

Applicants should be prepared for DBS checks and note that sponsorship for Skilled Worker visas is not available.

Qualifications

• Lilt of clinical duties and patient interaction as described in the role.
• DBS check is required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal, physical and emotional needs.
• Undertake nursing, therapy and social support activities after training and competency demonstration.
• Work without direct supervision on delegated tasks.
• Deliver high quality care in home and clinic settings.
• Ensure consent is obtained prior to any intervention.
• Respect patient privacy and dignity at all times.
• Participate in administering medication, stoma care, eye drops and hard collar care.
• Provide health promotion and contribute to patient wellbeing.
