Job summary

Brunelcare in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled care worker to provide short-term, high-quality care and support in clients' homes. You will assess needs, promote independence, and help clients achieve reablement goals.

The role requires experience in caring for adults with diverse needs, a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve), and access to your own vehicle to travel between clients. A £200 welcome bonus and healthcare cash-plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for adults with diverse needs.
• QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or is supported to achieve it.
• Driver with own vehicle to travel between clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs to identify areas where support is needed to promote independent living.
• Motivate clients to build confidence so they can achieve their goals and do as much as possible for themselves.
• Provide personal care in clients' homes (e.g., washing, dressing, food preparation).
