Job summary

Tribuild is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our Bristol-based team on reinforced concrete frame projects. You will manage RC frame packages, groundworks, and basement works, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget adherence.

You will lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, produce progress reports and attend meetings while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Manager experience within construction.
• Strong RC-frame experience is essential.
• Experience with groundworks, basements or structural projects is beneficial.
• Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications and site-management cards.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing reinforced concrete frame projects from start to completion.
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, trades and labour.
• Managing reinforcement, formwork and concrete operations.
• Coordinating associated groundworks, drainage, foundations and basement works.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and progress.
• Managing health and safety across the project.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management.
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring works meet drawings and specifications.
• Producing progress reports and attending project meetings.
